We have a Samsung model SRS588BDW fridge and freezer combo with an external temp setting so you can set the temp of both the fridge and freezer. The freezer is showing a temp of -14C but its probably close to 0C while the fridge is running at about 5C. We can't change the settings as the controller isn't working properly. We need to get this unit repaired.
