Fridge and freezer are not cooling despite being on the coolest setting. Fan was not working eiother. Appears to be refridgerant in system as frost starts forming around condenser, but no ice.
Check temp/repair 2 commercial fridges (1 is a display fridge),5-10yrs old

Need to check and repair two fridges. temperature currently displayed is about 9degrees but using theometer it reads 5degrees. the other set at 3degrees but theormeter reads 8degrees.
