Freezer works no problem, the fridge is not working I have tried unplugging it for 24 hours and this seems to work for a week or 2 then the fridge stops working again. - I have now used this... Freezer works no problem, the fridge is not working I have tried unplugging it for 24 hours and this seems to work for a week or 2 then the fridge stops working again. - I have now used this approach 3 times The fridge setting is on strong but there is hardly anything in the fridge to keep cool -- could that be the problem -- will try turning off again for 24 hours and change the setting to normal and see if that makes a difference. The fridge cost $580 and is almost 6 yrs old is it worth even repairing? This started happening after the freezer door was left open by accident for about 12 hours a couple of months ago
