I need to get changed the front cold bar of the takeaway shop to hot bar

Hi,I am about to purchase a takeaway shop and it has a front cold bar of about 2.4m and I need it to be changed to hot food bar .i've been told by the previous owner that it was used to be hot food bar and they have changed it to the cold food bar.is there anyway it could be changed to hot food bar again if yes than how much it would cost?if not than how much it cost to replace it with the new hot food bar as the cold bar is connected to the concrete so I guess the only way new one can be used is to cut the old cold one and put the new hot one on top of that if yes how much it will cost to do that and how long it will take for the whole job? thank you
