I have a Lumina 40 bottle wine fridge that has stopped working.

The fridge was working, but after transporting, the led temperature display is flashing and the light and cooling is no longer working.
The main electrical panel looks a bit burnt. The code on it is BC126-0608AOB, JIANGXIHUADA. Anyone know where I could get a replacement part or will No to take a look at it for me?
