GE fridge, TPG21BRD, needs repair to icemaker & water dispenser

We have a GE side by side fridge and freezer with an ice maker. Model: TPG 21 BRD. The fridge is around 10 years old.
The ice maker has not worked for ~6 months. Recently water started leaking from the back of the freezer compartment. This leak was stopped by turning off the water intake, however now the filtered water dispenser no longer works. We need someone who knows GE fridges to come and have a look to fix both the ice maker and water dispenser for us.
