I have a Westinghouse - Electrolux RJ523-V fridge. The freezer is working perfectly but the fridge isn't cooling at all. We have unplugged the fridge and defrosted the whole unit. The fridge and freezer worked perfectly for 2-3 days after that and now its back to only freezer working.
Also the fridge door hangs a little so have to push in for it to close properly.

Over committed and zero delivery. Unprofessional behavior and attitude. Serious communication and commitment issues. I spoke to a guy named Sam. He gave me an estimated quote on the phone and said to me that he will call me back for an appointment day/time. Didn't receive a call from him so I called him back at 6pm so ask for the appointment day/time. He said he booked me in for tomorrow 11am and had called/spoken to me to advice this - I never received that phone call. Anyway, as his quote was quite competitive I agreed to 11 am today appointment. This morning I took half day off work to stay at home for this appointment. I reminded him by sending him a text message at 9am. No reply or contact from him at all. I waited till 11:45 and then called him. He said he has sent someone out already at 11 to my place, he will check with the guy who has gone out and will call me back. Called me back after 5 mins and told me that my appointment was not today but on Friday at 11. It was just a waste of my time and effort. I have now lost 2 days where I could have got someone else booked in to do my repair. Terrible customer service and rude attitude. Due to their non serious attitude I wont recommend them to anyone and have serious concerns about their capabilities.
