we have a whirlpool fridge, about 6 1/2yrs old, the freezer side is not freezing properly as of yesterday (sun 1st jan). have tried turning the thermostat up but it hasn't made any difference. the fridge part is working well. we require a fridge repairman as soon as possible as we currently can't use the freezer.
