I have a Westinhouse fj383 freezer the alarm light is on and the power light is off, the fan is still blowing cool air but it seems like the food on the top shelf is starting to defrost, I tried the turn off trick and left it off for 5 min but that didnt work can anyone offer any other help other than turn it off for 30 secs?? the freezer is full and its the middle of the easter break so the odds of getting a repair guy out is pretty slim
