Fisher&paykel e522blm fridge freezer beeping -both not cooling properly

For last 3 days it has been beeping intermittantly have turned to coolest settings but neither fridge or frezzer a cooling properly. (fridge is cool agian this morining but goes warm on and off. freezer is cold but not freezing things. fridge freezer is 8 years old and this is the first problem.
