Faulty Alarm on my Westinghouse refrigerator that rings constantly

I have a Westinghouse Refrigerator (about 6 years old). Both the fridge and freezer appear to be working normally, however, the alarm rings constantly. If i switch the unit OFF and ON again, the alarm will start again after 5 hours. It will then ring constantly every 10 - 15 seconds
