DEC freezer fan motor not working. Fridge not getting cold

Looking for fast service and good price. Appears fan not working in freezer section of DEC fridge/freezer combo (model: D-259FF), but not sure if its the fan motor (which I suspect) or another electrical fault.
I would be happy to replace the fan motor with a compatible one to get it working again. Where can I buy fridge fans?
