DEC freezer fan motor not working. Fridge not getting cold

Looking for fast service and good price. Appears fan not working in freezer section of DEC fridge/freezer combo (model: D-259FF), but not sure if its the motor or another electrical fault. Tried contacting a number of local repair places since Thursday and nobody seems very interested in coming out to repair! As this is my primary fridge I need some urgency please.
