- Damage: Tiles have fallen off the walls of the shower. Grouting has cracked and lifted on floor in bathroom and toilet. Floor tiles in bathroom area smashed?? Shower screen leaking. Built in washing machine leaking and front is rusting. Handles on laundry cupboards rusting. Unable to open the window.

- What I think it needs: All tiling work needs replacing and shower section re-sealing. Built in front loading washing machine to be removed and bench cut to allow for a top loader. Replace door handles for laundry cupboards. Improve ventilation - fix window and add additional/replace with better exhaust!!
