I run a cleaning business in melbourne and one of my cleaners has marked tiles(with a corrosive chemical) leaving a bucket mark and a footprint at a clients house, i need to see if tiles can be cleaning to remove marking or if tiles need to be replaced.i will need to get quote while my cleaner is onsite as client does not want anything to do with having problem rectified.the job will be done through insurance and they have asked ne to get a least two quotes.
