Fixing Wall And Tiles In Shower (MELB CBD Appartment)
Breisi requested 2 quotes from Refinishers in Melbourne
My tenants did not tell me that there were a couple of tiles loose in the shower - the water has seeped in and the wall (not a main wall, just a separating wall to hold shower) has now rotted and needs replacing and re-tiling.
I would like fix this sooner rather than later. If you need to see the apartment to quote - I work in the city so I can take you through.
Depending on costs I might also get you to change the doors in the shower to one that opens differently so if you can get materials and show me some options, that would be good too.
