Bathroom needing wall tiles paint sprayed white & floor regrouted

Wanting to resurface wall tiles - change colour from dark cream to white with spray repainting. The top tiles have a floral design on them also which is slightly indented, so also wondering if we can still resurface these if they are not dead flat on the surface. Tiles are all in good condition, they go half way up wall only.
