Townhouse with shared walls, I have water entering along the wall which is internal (living room) for me but external on the neighbours side. Need diagnostics and remedy asap. Have had plumbers help and installed a drainage pipe on the outside (my back yard) which has helped but the problem reoccurred today after heavy rain.
