prompt reply for initial contact- all possibilities discussed on initial visit.Very pleased that a long term problem was finally resolved! Invoice took a while to come because of Christmas and the fact that two plumbing businesses were involved and no real estimate was given. It was more expensive than I\'d guessed but I\'m not up on going rates for this kind of work.I WILL say you get what you pay for and these guys were great!
