Two bathroom refits and extend gas pipe to kitchen.
Bathroom 1:
Fit new s-trap toilet
Connect toilet to outside sewerage pipe underfloor & through brick veneer wall. Approx one meter height access under floor. Approximately 1.5 meters to main sewerage pipe. A pit to the main sewer pipe has already been dug out for you.
Disconnect and fit new vanity taps and waste.
Disconnect and fit new shower rail, shower mixer and bath taps or alternatively a diverter.
Bathroom 2:
Disconnect and replace p-trap toilet with new one. Same placement not relocating it.
Disconnect shower taps and waste and relocate these approx 3 meters under floor with good (almost standing) underfloor access.
Disconnect vanity unit and replace with new one.
Connect new bidet using existing underfloor shower waste pipe.
Will be replacing all taps with mixer types.
Kitchen:
Run extra gas pipe from meter to under kitchen floor and seal off pipe. Just to prepare for kitchen renovation. Approx 8 meters of standard copper gas appliance pipe.
As this is a renovation job obviously two separate visits required. First to disconnect and re-work piping and final one to fit out once tiling is completed.
