1) Need gas off in kitchen. No gas appliances in unit.
2) Removal of toilet cistem and put in new one and seat. (base can stay)
3) Remove old vanity and put in new (complete set from bunnings)
NB: Toilet cistem has been replaced only 1 year ago but changing to white colour.
