There are black spots on the ceiling in the down stairs bathroom and also water leaking from the lights in there (near the black spots). We need someone to come out and trace the leak and repair it. If the plaster needs to be removed and replaced as a part of this we would like someone to do that too. Ideally we'd like it all done in the same day so the bathroom is not out of action for too long. Need to get someone out ASAP
