Toilet has been leaking for at least the last 8 months and it has had to be turned on and off. Now it's not turning on and toilet needs to be flushed. Have been told as it's only one toilet it's too small a job and also as you have other toilets it's not a needed job. But after 8 months I really need a working toilet.
