Guttering needs to be secured at back of house (difficult to access due to covered pergola) and repaired prior to painting. Some water damage to facia and weatherboards as a result. Would also like to connect rain water tank at same time. Would also like to discuss options for water flow from roof as it currently all diverts to one area in front, causing overflows when it rains.
