There is a problem with my bath. The flexible hose is leaking to the apartment below. We had this checked out by a plumber and then a leak specialist. Access to the hose is via the kitcken wall, which is double brick (it is next door to the bathroom). The over will need to be removed to access the hose and then returned. This information was provided by the leak specialist. We're unconcerned whether the hose is removed or replaced or fixed. This is very important to fix, though, as we're not prepared to use the bath until it's done - the neighbour below had to make an insurance claim to repaint their roof!
