Taps for Washing machine Changed

I have just installed a new washing machine. I am after someone to neatly isolate the hot water tap since it is no longer necessary. Also, the cold water tap needs to be changed over to a new tap with a lower flow rate as advised by the washing machine installer. Ideally the new cold water should be low profile (unlike the older taps in the photo).
I would prefer someone with good experience to do the job.
