Single hot/cold tap needs replacing on the kitchen sick which is currently leaking slightly. The new tap has been purchased. The nut holding on the old tap appears to have been slightly rusted against the holding plate which is also rusted. The job is a simple one which I couldn't do myself due to not having the right tools. The job is at a rented property but no problem getting access.
