The surface water drainage at the front and left side of a property I'm pourchasing appears to be
inadequate. The building isnpector suggested drains should be installed to divert seepage and surface runoff water
away from the building to prevent possible structural damage. The drains should be
connected to the existing stormwater drainage system.
