I have a flat clip lock roof and a single shallow, but wide box gutter. When we have heavy rain the box gutter overflows backwards into the rook space. I need help in solving the problem which probably includes reinstalling overflow pipes and providing a seal so that when the water level rises it doesn't flow back into the ceiling space. I would also like to lift the roof and see what condition the roof timbers and insulation are in
