Replace all tap fittings with new, replace shower in ensuite with a Nikles Waterrail - shower with shower head and smaller detachable shower head, also want to see the cost of putting in a small bath in bathroom. I have limited space but want a bath in. Currently there is only a shower in main bathroom, size of shower recess is approx 1100. Put in new matching towel rails, and accessories. Also require a water filter in kitchen and replace mixer in sink.
Fix possible leak in hot water unit, and under kitchen sink in U bend.
