I was very happy with the service provided by James and Eddie. Following placing a problem on Service Central, I had two phone calls fairly soon after posting the problem. James was the second call and I chose him because he quoted a fair price, said he could call in the next couple of hours, and didn't try to ask about other problems in the home (which I've had other plumbers trying to do). He call in and fixed the problem in a very short time. My system is very old and there was only so much he could do, however it's going well for now. Additionally, the next day I had to call him back because I couldn't turn the tap on. This turned out to be my fault because I didn't need to turn it off so hard anymore. James arrived again and it worked perfectly for him (of course!). But he was fine about it and I appreciated his politeness. Thank you James and Eddie.
