Shift sink pipes 10cm lower to connect to garbage disposal unit

Have put in my garbage disposal unit on right side, however the waste outlet is approx ~6cm too high.
Need to lower the drain + S pipe under sink (on left side) about 8-10cm to allow the waste outlet for rightside sink to flow properly with garbal dispoal unit.
