Re-connection of a sewer tee following cut back works by South East Water. This property is occupied by tennants so will need to be done immediatly following the cut back works on 14 November. See South East Water Scope of Works. SEW are cutting the 100mm sewer tie 1m back into the laneway. The Scope of Works includes the reconnection of this section of sewer tie that has been cut back. The Scope of Works excludes the civil works, this will be completed by SEW. Please provide a fixed price quotation.
