Sewer line replacement and soil clearing/levelling

I need approx 10 metres of earthenware sewer line replaced with PVC. There is good access to the area for excavation and the line is between 2 and 3 metres deep. Area is in a front yard and is all on private property.
Gas, Electricity, and Phone cables are in the general area and will need to be accounted for.
There is no concrete or paving covering the work area.
Approx 15 cubic metres of soil will need to be removed from the site. I would also like an extra vertical inspection point added to the line.
CCTV inspection of the sewer has been completed and confirmed that the old earthenware piping needs to be replaced and relining is not a viable option.
