A new fibreglass pod bathroom requires plumbing before and after installation of compact pod bathroom in a separate studio building at rear of property. New bathroom contains a shower vanity and toilet. Studio building is a cedar-clad prefab construction and is elevated 600mm above ground level. Building currently has cold water to sink and would like the sink mixer to have hot water added. The grey water sink waste and cold water pipe exit building from under the floor in the north east corner. Sewer mains is nearby this corner, approximately 2 metres away. Pod bathroom has not arrived on site yet, but can explain the process with the aid of drawings provided for quotation purposes.
