-disconnect sewer from out house and run to new bathroom
-run hot/cold/drainage pipes to new bathroom/kitchen wall
-move hotwater system into roof (plumbing only)
-run gas line to new kitchen wall.
addtional work in august when renovation complete; connect gas to new oven/stove.
