The spreader pipe for the 2nd storey roof line needs to be re-directed. The overflow outlets on the spreader pipe is releasing water directly onto the flashing going up the wall and when there is heavy rainfall, this leaks into the garage roof.
Need a qualified roof plumber to perform this job, as I will need to show the invoice and the scope of works to the insurance company before they commence repairing the plaster in the garage where the leak occurred.
