We have a metal roof covering a study extension that adjoins a tile roof. The metal roof is leaking. Insurance assessors have determined that the metal roof is at the incorrect gradient. It needs to be replaced with a deck roof. Flashing also needs replacement and a down pipe unblocked. Area is approx 5.0 m * 2.3 m. We are also in need the drainage capacity of another down pipe increased on the other side of the house. Gutters need cleaning and some silicon laid on an other section of roof that is also metal. We have full details of the inspection report , photos etc.
