Booked appointment for 9.30am Sunday 24/12 (yes Xmas eve, his choice not mine). Did not turn up. SMS and calls went unanswered and finally got a text saying he was on another job and would call me back after. After another 3 hours of waiting around, i decided to cancel. Guess what, no response to that either. If you can't keep to an appointment, then at the very least keep the customer informed. Is that too much to ask? I guess the customer's time isn't a priority?
