My rheem hot water system is not working at the moment and i need someone to look at it.
we've called the rheem service man and apparently he said nothing wrong with the water system itself. it's the gas regulator that does not allow enough gas to go through the system so water can't be heated up.
so it looks like i need to replace the gas regulator for the water system unit.
the house is less than 12 months old so as my hot water system.
would appreciate if someone could please text or call me asap regarding to this job and your quote. we need it urgently as it has been a week without hot water :-(.
