I have a Fernco "Grateseal" one-way valve which has dislodged and made its way down shower waste. How far gone it is I don't know - 2 or 3 metres maybe. Camera down the pipe will establish how far down it is. House is single storey and is on concrete slab. Will need spring rodding to either retrieve or destroy the grateseal.
