It appears there is a puddle of water caused by accumulation of significant rainfall. Although this has been observed in the past after heavier rain conditions, this time it does not seem to drain away. The land in the back of the property is slightly slanted in that particular area also. It would require a site visit and I am seeking a quote if possible.
