I have a drainage problem at a low point at the side of my garage when it rains. I have the actual rain that falls on the area but also, the run off from the neighbour who has a concrete path (which runs the length of his house) from the side of his house to our boundary (with no drains or drainage system). Which adds up to alot of water and some minor flooding on occassions.
I need someone to quote/help/fix this problem as water has in the past penetrated the weep holes in severe storms.
