See photos: can you deal with this without me having to replace ancient tiles? Also, the cold water flow in the bathroom is super slow. I have just bought the house, so not sure if this is a water saving trick. Cold water flow fine in kitchen and laundry, but there's evidence of dodgy water-saving ... or maybe dodgy plumbing.
