Replacing the old leaking spout diverter with a brand new one. Please note that the old spout diverter connector is ¾', while the only size I can buy locally (reece, tradelink,bunnings) is ½', which is the same thread size of metal water pipe. The problem here now is that a ¾ shouldless thread brass adaptor was stuck on the thread of ½' water pipe , that I could not remove it by any means. I would need somebody who knows how to remove the male ¾ shouldless thread brass adaptor off ½' water pipe. More details in the pictures. thanks.
