Body corporate of unit block requires the replacement of 4 downpipes, some of which have rusted. The highest point to the roof from ground is three stories (garage underneath two stacked units), and tradespeople would need to be able to get that high up. I'd encourage potential tradespeople to have a look at the complex to make sure they can do it and provide quotation - call me to arrange.
