Stormwater drain was blocked but it appears after viewing through a camera that the drain has collapsed so needs to be either relined or replaced after excavating. It is the terracotta style piping, depth is about 2 metres below ground and about 5 metres from point where pipe connects to guttering.
My preference is not to dig but rather reline it but whatever is more cost effective will get the job.
