Sewer line continues to block. Have had it unblocked 3 times, the last in May 2015. Terracotta sewer pipe - cracked and cracking further visible from sewer cap. About 6 foot vertical.

Clint was not the cheapest quote. Why did he win the job? He gave a very detailed quote telling me exactly what he was going to do. When I met with him, he gave me confidence in what he was to do and his "diagnosis" of the situation. The sewer line was already backing up, so he undertook to clear the line (so that I would not have trouble over the weekend) and keep it clear until he could do the job. The when the job was done, he had to work in a 1 square meter area and dig down about 1800. During the job, the site was kept contained - he could have made an enormous mess and didn't. At the completion of the job the site was left clean and tidy. Great job and I would highly recommend.

Rick responded immediately - on a Sunday and gave a quote that day. Very pleasant. The only reason he did not get the job, was that another plumber gave a far more detailed quote, and although more expensive, I felt more comfortable that there would be nothing hidden.
