Terrible experience. The plumber arrived a day late just to provide a quote! The quote was at least competitive so I gave them a chance. After agreeing on work to commence on a Friday morning, the plumber did not arrive. I was called later that morning and told they were called out to another job. They finally arrived on the Monday, however there was only one man for a two man job. I was told that the job would be completed in one afternoon, but ended up taking two full days. After paying the invoice in full, I check the gutters and was astounded to see that they had been installed incorrectly. The fall was away from the down pipe, and the ends had not been sealed properly so the water leaked from the end of each gutter. I expressed my disappointment to the plumber on a Monday and asked that it be fixed asap. After hearing no word for four days, I messaged the plumber again. I was told that the job would be fixed first thing Saturday morning. That took another whole day, and whilst the ends were sealed, the final result was very poor. I would not recommend this plumber. They will offer a cheap quote, but their reliability and quality of work is very poor.
