Replacement guttering on the entire perimeter of house. Parimeter is approximately 52m² on a 120m² area house. Includes some downpipes. House is on a single level with approximately 700mm foundations. Roof is steel hip roof. Current gutters are failing and the rear does not have any stoppers or downpipes. Also install downpipe to a rear Stratco patio which has guttering but no downpipe. There are existing drainage points to connect downpipe to. I also have some fasciaboard which has some rot and may need replacing if possible. House is 1948 construction and generally in good condition.
